Since a federal jury found Live Nation and Ticketmaster guilty of illegal monopolization on April 15, 2026, the Music Artists Coalition has not addressed the verdict publicly.
In the days leading up to the verdict MAC posted actively. On April 10, the same day NBC News published Gretchen Morgenson’s investigation into Live Nation’s internal documents revealing how the company calculated profits internally while presenting partners with losses, MAC posted about a Suno AI music distribution dispute between labels and streaming platforms. They did not mention the Morgenson investigation.

Four days before the verdict they linked to a Billboard report about a fan who lost her right to sue StubHub over an arbitration clause.

They promoted a copyright fee survey for creators.

They posted about Coachella ticket speculation and fans paying eight times face value.

They posted about Suno’s AI copyright filters being bypassed with free software.

On April 15 a federal jury found Live Nation liable on every count.
MAC has not mentioned it.

Irving Azoff is a founder and current board member of the Music Artists Coalition. Following the 2010 merger of Live Nation and Ticketmaster, Azoff served as executive chairman of Live Nation Entertainment. The same company a jury just found guilty of illegally monopolizing the live events industry.

On April 18, Thomas Dorfman, CEO of Juice Entertainment and a named source in Room Reports’ Street Kids investigation, tagged MAC directly on X. “Live Nation gets hit with a monopoly verdict and you’re silent,” Dorfman wrote. “Irving Azoff sits on your board so who are you really representing.”
Room Reports has requested comment from MAC publicly. That request is pending.
MAC’s own IRS filings state: “All documents can be disclosed upon request.”
The verdict is public. The board is public. The silence is public.
