No Terms. No Policy. No Response.
Room Reports — June 27, 2026
On June 26, 2026, Ian Schwartzman pinned a post announcing joebuddencommunity.com. The post reached 519,000 views. 263 people bookmarked it.
The announcement invited users to join, build businesses, and create content inside a new community platform. “No gate keeping. Open access to real community. Real people. We will be making changes and upgrades in real time.”
Room Reports visited the site. No Terms and Conditions. No Privacy Policy. No legal documentation of any kind. A bare welcome screen and a Join Now button.
Room Reports posted publicly under the announcement: “Where is the T&C and Privacy Policy as required by law on JoeBuddencommunity.com. We couldn’t locate it?”
Room Reports then asked Grok publicly in the same thread: “@grok could you find it?”
Grok verified independently: “Checked joebuddencommunity.com and the login page. No Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any legal links in the footer, header, or anywhere. It’s currently just a bare welcome screen with a single Join Now link to register. No other pages or disclosures visible. Those are typically required when handling user accounts and data.”
Room Reports tagged Ian Schwartzman directly: “@Ian_Schwartzman any comment on the above?”
Grok verified a second time: “Verified the joebuddencommunity.com site and login and register pages myself. No Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any legal links in the footer, header, or elsewhere. Standard for user account platforms. Any update on adding them?”
Room Reports posted a final notice tagging @Ian_Schwartzman, @JoeBuddenPod, and @JoeBudden: “The response or lack thereof publishes tomorrow. As part of a plethora of stories. We’d appreciate the show of good faith.”
Grok verified a third time on June 27, 2026: “Still show zero Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or legal links anywhere. Just the welcome message and Join Now button.”
In the same thread Ian Schwartzman responded to a request for a light mode toggle: “Yes that’s a good idea.” He responded to a user asking to build their brand: “Get on and start building your brand here.” He responded to a complaint about slow loading: “Just a little pile up at the front door lol.”
He did not respond to Room Reports. He did not respond to Grok. He did not respond to the direct tag of three accounts with publication notice.
A second user @GymGymothy replied: “I asked this on IG and nada.”
Independent verification confirmed the same concerns. The platform lacked username protection against impersonation of the host and created legal exposure for users in Europe and Canada through the absence of a published Privacy Policy.
On June 27, 2026 at 9:04 PM Ian Schwartzman posted exclusive travel vlog content available only on joebuddencommunity.com. Room Reports replied noting the story would be live momentarily and that any response received after publication would be noted and the record updated.
No response was received before publication.
Update -June 30, 2026
Since publication, Room Reports has continued to document the status of joebuddencommunity.com and the responses, or lack thereof, from the parties involved.
On June 29, 2026, Ian Schwartzman addressed the website on a recorded X Spaces session hosted by @JANAMiziK titled "Good Time Not a Long Time." The question was raised in the session after a co-host cited Grok's independent verification of the site's missing legal documentation.
Schwartzman stated: "terms and conditions and a privacy policy are all being worked on."
He described the launch as unplanned in its current scope: "This was supposed to be a soft launch, it got a little crazier than we expected, just because I was trying to test out certain tools, that like in a beta phase you can't even test."
He added: "We're building the plane as we're in the air. So I know there's a few things missing. They're top of the priority list. We're taking everything very seriously."
On the question of payments, Schwartzman stated: "Everything's being run through a Stripe account guys. So yes your stuff is secure. It's all cryptic and it's nothing we can even see."
No timeline was given for when Terms and Conditions or a Privacy Policy will be added.
The Joe Budden Podcast discussed paid tiers and features of joebuddencommunity.com publicly without addressing the absence of Terms and Conditions or a Privacy Policy.
@broadway_bay stated publicly: "I had some faulty ass email almost immediately after signing up." Multiple additional individuals reported registration and email issues in reply to @JoeBuddenPod's post promoting the site.
The continued absence of Terms and Conditions and a Privacy Policy on joebuddencommunity.com has been independently verified multiple times through June 30, 2026, despite the site remaining active for registrations, community features, and payments.
No response has been received from @Ian_Schwartzman, @JoeBuddenPod, or @JoeBudden to the questions documented in this story.
Room Reports will update this record when Terms and Conditions and a Privacy Policy have been confirmed live on the platform.
Four formal questions submitted to Ian Schwartzman on May 27, 2026 also remain unanswered. That story is published at roomsreport.com/the-man-who-says-everything-until-hes-asked-to
As of publication joebuddencommunity.com continues to collect user registrations and now payments through Stripe. No Terms and Conditions. No Privacy Policy.
The record is public. We still reported.
